JOB DESCRIPTION FROM CLIENT:
The first Step is of collecting the exact Job Description (JD) & Agreement from the Client. The J.D. describes exact job specification, Salary Structure, numbers required and other terms and conditions of employment.
SHORTLISTING FROM DATA BANK:
After receiving the J.D., we short list CVs from our vast data-bank to meet client’s specifications & requirements. In case, we do not have enough profiles matching the requirement, we post the requirement on the web and simultaneously place an advertisement in the Leading Newspaper.
FORWARDING SHORTLISTED RESUME TO CLIENT:
After careful consideration we forward the CV’s without contact information to the clients for review and evaluation & request the client to send us the names of short listed candidates, selected for scrutinizing as per their convenience.
Once we receive the list of short listed candidates, we organize interview & scrutinizing schedules in accordance to client’s convenience. We are a professionally managed placement consultants providing placement consultancy services and manpower consultancy services with our network.
On receipt of client information regarding manpower requirement shall identify candidates, scrutinize bio-data’s for correctness of information provided as declared by Candidate and forward to client within 7 days.
In case additional checks, tests or interviews are required to be conducted by WINWAYS INTL.’ PRIVATE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES (require additional upfront charges based on your requirement) candidate profile will be provided in 15 days.

Charges for the candidate/s placed for part- time, full time will remain the same.
